Logging-Funktionen wurden in neues Modul pywikibot.logging ausgelagert.

Um mit dem 2.0-branch kompatibel zu bleiben wird zunächst Versucht aus pywikibot.logging zu importieren, schlägt dies fehl fällt das Modul auf pywikibot.bot zurück.
